REFUND POLICY

Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on www.isabellafloral.com.au, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.

At Isabella Floral we put the quality and freshness of the flowers as our priority. The flowers are from top quality flower suppliers at Sydney Flower Market!

Flower care is as important as the flower delivery. If flowers are arranged in wet foam, top up with clean water daily and not to overfill. If you have received cut flowers, cut stems diagonally about 1 -2cm from the base prior to placing in clean water. Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled with fresh water. Positioning flowers away from air conditioning (draughts), direct heat, and sunlight. 

Most flowers will last between four and seven days. As some flowers will last longer than others Should your flowers not last for at least four days, we will resend a new display of fresh flowers.

It is our policy and the right to request photos or images of the original flowers that you received to assess the cause of the problem. We may request to collect the original flowers for assisting us in quality control. We cannot arrange a new replacement delivery of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are not available for collection or images ( photos ).

Any refunds will be processed on via the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
